We Are Having Liposuction In Milwaukee

Wednesday, September 23rd, 2009

I have decided to go with my best friend and have liposuction Milwaukee together. We have always talked about having some sort of cosmetic surgery done and have never been brave enough before now. Our fiftieth birthdays are coming up and we think that we should give ourselves the liposuction Milwaukee for a gift.

Our husbands think that we are having a mid life crisis but we know that we just want to look and feel better about our bodies. If we can do that, then moving onto the rest of our lives might be a little easier. Of course my husband has asked me to ask the doctor if he can perform breast augmentation too. I told him that I was not ready to make him happy, just myself.

The day of our liposuction Milwaukee, we are planning to stay at a nearby hotel with our husbands so they can wait on us hand and foot. I am thinking of taking a bell with me so that I can ring it every time I need something. Since my best friends husband did not suggest breast augmentation like mine did, she said that she would leave her bell at home.

Exercising after Liposuction

Wednesday, November 28th, 2007

Did you just have a liposuction? Are you afraid that doing exercises will hamper your chances of liposuction recovery?

Well it is not so. If you closely follow the guidelines of liposuction recovery you will not have a damaging effect even if you exercise after the liposuction surgery. In fact you should do a light exercise, like walking, immediately after a weight loss surgery.

After surgery you will lose your fat and as a result there might be some skin sagging. To counter this you need to exercise as well as eat more protein because this will help you to build muscle and stop skin sagging. However keep in mind that you need to follow the rules of exercise that liposuction surgeon must have highlighted to you. Start with a light aerobic exercise and after 6 to 8 weeks you can move to more vigorous exercise routine.

Do any exercise you are comfortable with- in fact you can walk, climb stairs, stretch, and even jog but avoid contact sports. It is also not okay to drive a car until you are off all pain medication. Liposuction is a great procedure to lose weight but at times you lose so much fat that the skin sags. In such cases you need to do proper exercises to tighten the skin as well as the muscle. So after this surgery exercise is a must as it paves your way for a speedier liposuction recovery.
